Hello! I’m Shawn Selby, the owner of MSS Land Investors, LLC. I’ve lived in OK, my entire life. Currently, I reside on a 40-acre property with my wife and three kids. I’ve only lived on two properties in my life: one from my early childhood, which is still in the family, and the one I’ve been on for the last 30 years. These properties are incredibly special to me because my kids are now the fifth generation to live here. This deep connection to land is a significant reason why I chose land investing. It’s more about stability and the assurance that it’s a permanent asset. I’m not a fan of the stock market, so I choose to invest my money in land.

This line of work also allows me to help others. Whether someone is stressed about a property they no longer want, tired of paying property taxes, or in need of quick cash for reasons like sending their kids to college, I can help by reducing their stress and putting cash in their hands. Many sellers who have sold to us have been thrilled in the end, simply because that property is one less thing for them to worry about.
